• All pieces are handcrafted with attention to detail; slight variations in form, texture, or colour are natural and part of each piece’s character.

• Prices, descriptions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases such as limited stock, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.

• All jewellery designs, images, text, and packaging are the intellectual property of ewenki. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Payments

•We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify’s secure payment system.

• All payments must be received in full before dispatch.

Website Accuracy

We strive to display all products and details as accurately as possible. However, due to natural variations in materials and screen differences, colours and textures may vary slightly.

Every Ewenki piece is made with care and intention. We hope you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following terms:

Eligibility

• Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Please include your proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

Non-returnable Items

• Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Process

• Contact shannan@ewenki.co.uk with your order number to initiate a return.

• Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• All returns must be sent via recorded or signed-for delivery, and the return postage remains the responsibility of the sender.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We take great pride in craftsmanship and quality. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs, and we’ll resolve it with care.

We take great care in preparing and delivering each ewenki order. All pieces are shipped securely and beautifully packaged using sustainable materials.

Dispatch Time

• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

• Made-to-order pieces require up to 40 days for production before dispatch.

Delivery Methods & Costs

• UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD, arriving in 2–5 working days.

• International Orders: Delivered via DHL or local carriers within 7–15 working days, depending on customs.

• Free UK shipping on orders over £200 GBP.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties

• International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or local fees.

• Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.

Packaging

Each piece arrives in ewenki’s signature box, wrapped in recyclable materials and accompanied by a care card and certificate of authenticity.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
